The United States Air Force Museum, for being redesignated the National Museum of the United States Air Force. Congratulations too for the fine job done by staff in support of ASAA's Retrospective Exhibion and its 2004 Aviation Art Forum. The museum staff deserves the thanks of participating artists and exhibition chairman for their patient, good natured and courteous efforts, as do the volunteers who enthusiastically secured the exhibit during museum hours. Very much appreciated!
Ann and Charlie Cooper, for their long and faithful service to the American Society of Aviation Artists as editors of ASAA's Aero Brush newsletter. They will be a tough act to follow. Ann and Charlie are also to be thanked and congratulated on the fine job they did in support of ASAA's 2004 Annual Aviation Art Forum held in and around the United States Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio in June of this year. Thanks Ann & Charlie!
Don Malko, for taking on the arduous task of ASAA's Aero Brush Editor. Congratulations are in order too, for the excellent first issue under his guidance. The change from Newsletter to The Journal of the American Society of Aviation Artists promises an even greater emphasis on technical hands-on art educational content in future issues.
John Clark, for his fine job in sheparding the ASAA Retrospective Exhibition at the Air Force Museum and for his ongoing efforts in the thankless job of ASAA Exhibition Chairman.
Hank and Amy Caruso, for the fine ongoing job in coordinating ASAA's 2005 Aviation Art Forum to be held at Patuxent River, Maryland in June of 2005. This exciting forum will include many events at the Naval Air Test Center on Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The 2005 ASAA Annual Exhibition will be on display from June through September in the Patuxent River Naval Air Museum, just outside the main gate at the air station. Thanks Hank and Amy!
